A young married couple returns to their house after attending a late night party. They are shocked to see their house ransacked and drops of blood in there. They realize that there has been a robbery at their house. The couple encounters a scary looking aged tramp in their house. The cops are called and they wonder if this man has committed a murder? The man is silent and the cops realize that something is wrong . The tramp is taken to the bureau and over there a doctor tells them that the man is a patient of dementia and is incapable of murder. But cops know that the man has witnessed a murder and even forensic report of the stuff found on the man and blood found in house suggests that. Just then , news comes that a woman’s dead body has been found in a scrapyard outside the city. The cops connect the two incidents and wonder if this man was present over there when the murder happened. Investigation takes cops to the owner of a big publishing house Deven and his family. The dead woman is identified as Nandita – his employee. Cops find out that Deven maybe involved in Nandiat’s murder as he had an affair with her and bring him to the bureau to be identified by the tramp. Here , another shock awaits the cops as they realize that Deven is actually the tramp’s son and the tramp’s name is Chandrakant. Deven and his wife Priya had abandoned him due to his illness. Deven is a prime suspect for Nandita’s murder but the killer turns out to be Priya in the end and is identified by Chandrakant due to something that he remembers of the killer which resonates with her.
