Vetaal the famous magician is performing to a packed hall. The audience is waiting for his famous act where he enters a cannon. The cannon is fired into the air & after a couple of seconds Vetaal appears from one corner of the auditorium intact and unhurt. Unfortunately this time after the cannon blasts Vetaal doesn’t appear. The audience and his assistants keep on waiting but Vetall doesn’t appear at all. His wife panics thinking that something has gone wrong and probably Vetaal has been kidnapped. As the C.I.D team is investigating the case, they get to know that a burnt body a few kms away from the auditorium has been found. When the C.I.D team reaches the spot they realises from the costume that the burned body looks like that of a magician. Dr. Salunkhe says that DNA matches with Vetaal this is his corpse...The body has been partially burnt. Face is partially disfigured. Dr. Salunkhe mentions he has checked Vetaal’s medical history all the other medical references also matches with Vetaal.
