Yogesh, owner of Skiez company is murdered in such a way that it looked like an accident but her girlfriend, Sheila does not believe it. CID starts investigation and comes to know that someone was present at the paragliding venue and rigged paragliding equipment. They also come to know about someone who was sending threatening notes to Sheila. Cid tracks the sender which led to Kunal, brother of Yogesh. He has been sending threatening notes to Sheila and warned for the severe consequences. Company employees tell that there has been a fight between brothers about some glitches in accounts. CID finds that brothers were running this business in partnership and greed might have pushed Kunal to kill his brother. CID interrogates Kunal but he refuses to have been taking any money out of company and was sending threatening SMS to Sheila because she was the one who wanted to bring rift between brothers, she had told all this nonsense of money stealing to Yogesh. CID also comes to know about real reason of Yogesh’s death. A chemical has been administered which triggered fatal STIFF INDIVIDUAL SYMPTOM causing fracture of his skull and his death. ACP recollects that in the last few years there have been certain murders on the same line as Yogesh. CID investigates those cases and finds a mysterious woman was involved in each case and she was never arrested. Shiela has been with Yogesh all along till his death. CID rushes to Skiez Company and finds Sheila missing from office and home. CID gets more clues pointing toward Shiela to be that mysterious girl. They finally get a lead of her hiding. She has been transferring money from Skiez company to an anonymous company Smoke Inc. CID raids Smoke inc office which is in an apartment building but they find gagged and bounded Sheila, almost on the verge of her death. They save her and she tells that there is someone else who has killed Yogesh and going to kill Kunal too. CID finds that Kunal has gone for Scuba diving. They rush to scuba diving venue and save Kunal at final moment. The real culprit Madan and Pooja are caught who worked together and killed young rich guys. But Sheila has noticed glitches in account and told Yogesh about it. Pooja was threatened that Sheila and Yogesh will certainly find about her. So Madan and Pooja decided to get rid of them. They killed Yogesh and planted clues against Sheila.
