Tustin Police started a chase of a seemingly mentally unbalanced woman that lasted nearly 2 hours through the streets of Orange County, Ca. Spike strips were deployed by the professionals from the Santa Ana office of the California Highway Patrol. She continued driving on flat tires for more than 30 minutes before stopping the car and giving up.
