Chicken Ghotala
Serve 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1/3 cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 1/2 kg
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1/2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & 1/2 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1/2 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 & 1/2 tsp or to taste
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 large
-Anday (Eggs) 4
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In a pot,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
-Add green chilies and mix well.
-Add chicken mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add red chili powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,black pepper crushed,garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
-Add tomato,mix well,cover and cook until tomatoes are soft then cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Add eggs and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander and mix well.
-Add fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent huay tak sauté ker lein.
-Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chicken qeema shamil karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.
-Lal mirch powder,dhania powder,haldee powder,kali mirch crushes,garam masala powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Tamatar dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
-Anday shamil karein aur 2 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara dhanai dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
