Baguette Breakfast Egg Boats
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Chicken boneless small cubes 150g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Tikka masala 1 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 5
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 3-4 tbs
-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated 3-4 tbs
-Mozzarella cheese grated 3-4 tbs
-French baguettes 2
-Makhan (Butter) soft
-Cheese grated
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed

Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken and mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,tikka masala,mix well & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until dries up.
-Let it cool.
-In a jug,add eggs,milk,salt,black pepper crushed,red chilli crushed & whisk well.
-Add green onion,capsicum,fresh parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,cooked chicken,mix well & set aside.
-Cut French baguette in two halves.
-Take one half part of French baguette & cut from the center to make a hollow boat shape cavity.
-Place French baguette on a baking tray lined with butter paper & grease with butter.
-Pour egg mixture,cheese and sprinkle red chilli crushed (makes 3-4).
-Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 30-35 minutes.
-Cut into slices & serve!

-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste aur tikka masala dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Jug mein anday,doodh,namak,kali mirch crushed aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Hara pyaz,shimla mirch,fresh parsley,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese aur cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-French baguette ko do hisson mein cut ker lein.
-French baguette ka half part lein aur center sa cut ker ka boat shape hollow cavity bana lein.
-Baking tray per butter paper laga lein aur French baguette rakh ker butter sa grease ker lein.
-Egg mixture aur cheese dal ker upper sa lal mirch crushed dal dein (makes 3-4).
-Preheated oven mein 160C per 30-35 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
