Lakshay cries and apologises to Durga Prasad for his mistake, and is then told by his uncle that it is good the family has not unified. In the meantime, the ladies of the Maheshwari family and Ragini get shocked on seeing a video message from Kavya, who tells about everything that happened and adds that she is alive. Elsewhere, Parvati gets shocked on not finding the jewellery and tells Shekhar about as Sharmistha comes and tells about Ragini. Meanwhile, Annapurna tells everyone about the plot no. 211 and the person living there working for Durga Prasad. Stay tuned to know what happens next.

This is a story of two neighboring families set in Kolkatta, one a conservative, traditional Marwadi family which is Ragini's family and the other an effervescent, liberal Bengali Family which is Swara's family, who have a very different set of value systems.
