"Shekhar takes out his anger that Ragini and Swara will not have any relation with Durga Prasad and family. Outside the house, Shekar asks Swara to take an oath on him that she will never enter Sanskar's house again. On the other hand, Annapurna asks Lakshay to leave the house along with Kavya, who stops her from showing them the exit. Elsewhere, Shekhar tells his family that even if its tough for his daughters to move on, they will do it and then his father tells him that they still have relation with Durga Prasad's family. Later, Ragini writes a suicide note for her family and hangs herself by a saree on the fan. Soon enough, her family notice her and try to save her. Stay tuned to know what happens next.

This is a story of two neighboring families set in Kolkatta, one a conservative, traditional Marwadi family which is Ragini's family and the other an effervescent, liberal Bengali Family which is Swara's family, who have a very different set of value systems.
