Patlu asks Dr.Jhatka's help because he doesn’t feel hungry. Dr.Jatka gives him a tablet. John overhears about this medicine and mixes the entire tablet bottle in water when nobody is looking and Patlu gulps it down. It becomes difficult for Patlu to control his diet as well as weight.
