Scenario:

Airport workers are cleaning snow on the runway. The plane moves to the runway, picks up speed and takes off.

After some time in flight, the pilot hears an emergency signal in the cockpit and notices that a small plane is moving to him from the side. The two planes then collide in the mid air and shatter to pieces and crash to the ground.
