Airplane crash scenario:
Los Santos International Airport. The biggest passenger plane in the world stands in the parking lot, starts the engines and waits. An aircraft tug pulls up to him, catches the plane, and they begin to move towards the runway
The pilot checks the pre-takeoff checklist, revs up the engines and takes off. A huge plane flies over the city, when suddenly one of its engines fails and starts to burn! Passers-by watch as the engine of a huge airplane burns. The guard in the parking lot calls the airport fire station and tells them what happened. The dispatcher sends an emergency team (fire trucks, police and ambulance) to a possible crash site
The plane flies in the air, when suddenly all engines fail, but the plane is equipped with special aviation parachutes and the plane opens 3 rescue parachutes. This novelty was invented by Los Santos aviation engineers and for the first time it came in handy and is being used in business. The pilot decides to make an emergency landing on the ground, as he was taught on the flight simulator, and he succeeds

The Los Santos government, convinced that a parachute can effectively save an aeroplane, instructs all airplane to be equipped with rescue parachutes and to prepare pilots for their use
