GAMERS!!!!!! This fitness program is designed for the most seasoned of smash veterans and beginners alike. Our mission is to get every gamer out of the chairs and moving for the sake of our health. The longer we live, the longer we can GAME!!!

Melee is one of my all time favorite games and I'm excited to share this HIIT workout Themed around one of the greatest entries in the greatest series of all time. We got some basics in this one along with some advanced tech, We have modifications for all of them so work at your level, and more importantly GIVE IT YOUR BEST!!! A superset usually refers to two exercises that work opposing muscle groups in weight lifting but it can refer to any two exercises back to back which is what we got here! these actions go one on one with little break to give you the hardest workout themed around smash you've ever seen!!!

Each superset is repeated once (do each move twice) and then there is a longer rest period (30 Seconds) between each set. It'll make sense but as always, we'll break it down in case you can't watch below.

Warmup 2 mins

Mario combo (jab cross kick)
Vegetable pluck (squat/deadlift extension Hamstring stretch)
Dash Dance (heel to glute/side lunges)
Dk arm spins + punch (Arm circles)

Workout 30 seconds work, 15 second rest. for two actions Repeat set of 2 actions, rest 30 between each set.

Wave dashing (single leg lunges pulses)
Pk fire (forward lunge arm raise)

Luigi up B (high knees and arm raises)
Luigi running A (Squatted overhead punches)

Knee of justice (knee drives)
Dodge(knee drive + twist)

Fox up tilt (standing leg raise & pulse)
Corneria ship (Superman’s + forward punches)

Sheik run (mountain climbers)
Shielding (seated knee grabs or V-Hold)

Mario down smash (Plank kick through)
Crazy hand (crab walk and toe touch)

Edge guarding (Side planks)
Bowser Dash (Inchworms)

Battlefield (kneeling step ups + jump)
Thunderbolt (narrow squat to X jumps)
