“FOOT DIVE” RIGHT ON IN GAMERS!!! We got 30 minutes dedicated to my favorite fighting game of ALL TIME!!! Marvel Vs. Capcom 2! New Age of Heroes!!! No equipment needed so get some water, clear some space and GAME ON!!! Modifications are available during the video but as always, go at your level and bring YOUR 100% Whatever your best is, is what you should bring. We’re in training mode right now and we get better and better every round!

I said gamer points are 40 for each action in the vid but I LIED! It’s 20 for each action, we just repeat them twice bringing the total to 520!

40 Seconds work, 20 Seconds rest. Repeat each circuit twice.
After each circuit is completed twice, take 30 seconds rest.
