Kainat Arif is a 21 years old Ji Jitsu player, playing the game for the last three years
She is 2 times National and 2 times International Champion.
Competing in the 5th Asian Ju-Jitsu Championship 2021, she won bronze in Adults Show Women, Adults Duo Women and Adults Show Mix. She is the gold medalist of the World Jujitsu E-tournament 2021. She won a silver medal in CM National Cup 2021 in Judo. Finished 33rd National Games 2019 with a bronze in Judo. In Intervarsity Games in WUSHU, she won a gold medal. In Sindh Games 2019, she won gold in Ju-jitsu and Newaza and a silver medal in Judo.
